In particular, welding of high melting point metals such as tungsten has earned us a high reputation. It is mainly used as an electrode for optical devices such as neon tubes and strobes and is also used for sensors using the characteristics of dissimisional metals. <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"technology_contents_back01\">\n<div id=\"technology_contents01\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"smoothplay1\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div id=\"main\">\n<div id=\"technology_contents_bbox01\">\n\n<div id=\"technology_contents_title01\"><font color=\"#ee7600\"><h2>Resistance welding processing<\/h2><\/font><\/div>\n\n<div id=\"technology_contents_text01\"> The resistance welding technology that is the foundation of our technology began with the in-house development of an automatic AC welding machine that was considered technically impossible in 1956.\nThis automatic machine enabled excellent welding in both strength and accuracy.\nIt welds materials with high melting points such as tungsten and is used for various sensors, neon tubes, id=\"technology_contents_text01\">Since around 2000, laser welding technology has been developing new technologies to manufacture cold cathode tube electrode leads used in LCD TVs and other applications.\nRecently, we have also applied it to welding snaps used as fishing equipment, and we are actively working on industries other than electronic components.<\/div>\n\n<div id=\"technology_contents_text01\">The forming process is to undergo crushed processing, bending processing, and microfabrication processing such as tiny holes, and then we respond to the customer&#8217;s request and deal from caulking band plates and welding processing to packing with arranging. \nIt is used for quartz oscillators, condensers,  vehicle-mounted headlights, and so on.<\/div>\n\n<div id=\"technology_contents_title03\"><font color=\"#ee7600\"> The Strength of our Forming <\/font><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"technology_advantage01\">\n<li>Our own forming machines are designed and assembled in-house, so the costs are lower in comparison to the press.<\/li>\n<li>We have installed an image inspection machine on the production machine and are carrying out a total
